The Building Industry Association of Southern California Los Angeles-Ventura Chapter exists to provide leadership on public policy issues that promote building and revitalizing neighborhoods with safe, healthy, sustainable and quality rental and ownership housing and measures that assure an adequate supply and range of housing types, sizes and costs that support a variety of lifestyle choices. We work to increase the public appreciation of the importance of housing and those who provide it, and facilitate improved business opportunities for our members. We are the voice of residential building and development.
