The activity of the Terminal involves the reception of goods by truck and/or train, its maintenance, storage, and its later shipment to overseas ships. The cereals such as wheat, corn, soya and sub-products of the oil industry that are regulary commercialized here. The challenge of the company at the beginning was to show that the private activity can take over the control of the “Terminal Elevator”, fulfil satisfactorily the requirements of the sector. This first stage was widely surperseded, achieving a good relationship between the new human resources with the existing ones at the time of the concession, improved with the appropiate new technology.&
