The Community Farm is a not-for-profit social enterprise based in the Chew Valley just outside Bristol and Bath. We are a nature-friendly farm, founded in 2011 as a Community Benefit Society and are owned and governed by our shareholder members. Working with a network of organic producers and local farmers who share our ethics, we supply fresh, local and organic food via a box delivery service to hundreds of households throughout Bristol, Bath, The Chew Valley, Frome and Weston-Super-Mare. Any surplus that we make is reinvested into our own communities programmes and used to fund volunteering sessions, wellbeing courses and events at The Farm; as well as helping us manage the land in a way that’s beneficial for all life. Every year, over a thousand people benefit physically and mentally from spending time on our fields.
