ADARE360 is a gift to youth in developing nations who love the game from those who can afford to play it. We use soccer to encourage personal growth in youth, their relationships to peers and to their communities. We ask soccer parents and players in the US to look inside their closets, garages, attics, etc., and donate the soccer equipment that no longer fits, is never used or may be slightly marred. We then ship the gear to third world communities to be used by local youth for individual and small group training in hopes of developing boys and girls teams to participate in grassroots soccer leagues. ADARE360 also wants added focus on youth development beyond the pitch, to have youth thinking about identity formation, civic engagement, higher education and giving back in their own way. We’ve also made strategic partnerships and give support to like-minded community leaders in St. Lucia and Dominica. We plans to expand further still, to provide more complete --360 degree-- support to stakeholders ready to illicit change for the better all over the globe.
