Learning Network Queensland (LNQ) has a diverse range of vocational education accredited programs, non-accredited programs (designed to suit specific cohort needs), skills sets, short courses and personal development workshops for individual enrichment, professional development and pre-employment skills. These program options are delivered face-to-face, online and via print based resources. The most popular programs include languages, computing, business management, interior decoration, leadership and short story writing. LNQ's mobile vocational education and training has the flexibility to deliver in the workplace or wherever the customer requires training to take place. Our range of delivery options and programs are well supported by regular clientele groups from government organisations, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, private sector companies and single subscribers. Many are completing online programs to increase their knowledge, career progression or just for the fun of it. LNQ offers funded vocational certificate and skill set programs for unemployed or underemployed jobseekers and the current programs that are running or recruiting for can be viewed on the LNQ website, www.lnq.net.au. These programs (Asset Maintenance, Tourism, Retail and Hospitality) are delivered in partnership with industry so that participants receive on the job training and work experience to escalate their chances of gaining employment upon successful program completion.
