Since 1976, Waiss Al Bahar has established his practice as a regional practice of architecture, urban, landscape, and interior design in the current three studios: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Damascus. Al Bahar Architects is contemporary in its approach to design, and strongly grounded in research, analysis, context, and an emphasis on planning and function. Whatever the size or type, each project has a unique process. History, culture, climate, society, function, and environment all represent layers of complexity to be embedded in the final result.
