Rose Rock Development Partners (Rose Rock) is a full-service real estate development company specializing in urban development projects. Rose Rock has a propensity for tackling complex projects, such as Public Private Partnerships (P3s), historic preservation, and tax credit projects. Furthermore, Rose Rock and its partners have a demonstrated track record of executing these projects. Most recently, Rose Rock, through its affiliate development company Addax Development, has undertaken two urban historic preservation projects in Downtown Tulsa, including the Adams Building, located at 403 S. Cheyenne Avenue, and the Reunion Building, located at 9 E. 4th Street. Both projects are underway and involve converting the existing structures into mixed-use properties with ground floor restaurant/retail spaces and multi-family units on the upper floors. In total, the redevelopment of these building will bring approximately 150 much-needed units of housing to Downtown Tulsa. The Adams Building is planned as workforce housing, while the Reunion Building will be market-rate housing.
