AIM is the first organization in Asia to focus on growing mentors with formal training to improve the quality of mentoring. The non-profit organization has pioneered a structured framework to upskill mentors with a specific approach and techniques focused on developing awareness and well-being of the mentee. AIM wants to create a world where mentoring is a key pillar in a pay-it-forward culture with a vibrant community of mentors and mentees.
