Agenda Retail assists suppliers and retailers to achieve profit growth by identifying and leveraging possibilities as well as identifying and attending to performance obstacles in their existing business. We use consumer behavior as a starting point and profit growth is achieved by using solutions that increase consumer traffic, conversion rate and value per transaction, alternatively by using solutions that decrease cost. This is achieved by optimizing the store, the product offering, store staff effectiveness and efficiency as well as areas that support the in-store activities.
