الشركة الوطنية للخدمات الزراعية هي شركة مستقلة مملوكة بالكامل لحكومة المملكة العربية السعودية. تم تأسيسها وفق قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (604) وتاريخ 25/11/1439 ويعتبر تأسـيس الشركة أحد نتائج برنامج التخصيص لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030، وبما ينسجم مع أهداف التنمية في القطاع الزراعي. The National company for agricultural services (AgriServ) is owned by the Saudi Arabian government. It was established based on Resolution No. 604 dated 7-8-2018. The establishment of the company is a result of the privatization program to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030, to enhance and develop the agricultural sector.
