All goals of Navigating Systems lead to one: Harnessing the capacity to observe and manage self in one's family and in one's organization. The faculty draws on a combined 100 years of experience in teaching and using Bowen Family Systems Theory. Our focus is on the capacity to observe and manage self in one's family and in one's organization. Participants include leaders in family enterprise, their advisers, and motivated others. Bowen family systems theory assists in an individual's ability to be better defined and to be connected to important others in complex social groups.
