The Retail Gift Card Association is the only trade association representing the closed-loop gift card industry, and is comprised of members committed to promoting and protecting the use of retail gift cards. The RGCA is comprised of national and regional companies operating in the close-loop industry. Member companies include—but are not limited to—retailers, restaurants, travel and entertainment brands, card manufacturers, solution providers, distributors, and digital providers. Through the RGCA, members can band together to provide a unified voice for the industry so that we can more effectively advocate for policies that protect retailers and consumers. RGCA members collaborate to develop and promote best practices that convey the positive attributes of gift cards to ensure consumer satisfaction and strengthen the industry.
