We Examine Once we have our list of boutique winery producers, many unavailable in stores and limited to winery direct sales only, we begin the fun part. Our tasting panel of wine professionals blind taste each wine, make notes, and begin to assemble the each club shipment. We Deliver Once we’ve examined each wine, we then assemble the right wines for each quarterly shipment. These wines are some of the most sought after in the region and we are able to gain access to.
