Midwest CCM was founded in 2013 by co-owners Chip Tyrer and Scott McDowell. From the very beginning the Midwest vision has been to specialize its construction services within the Senior Housing market. Our superintendents are intimately familiar with proper building procedures across a wide range of trades and scopes; most importantly, they have the leadership, detailed attention and planning skills required to manage any project.
