Our Agency’s name is a little deceiving. We don’t just sell insurance products. We sell a philosophy and approach that works closely with our clients to achieve the goals and success they are striving for. That is the essence of our ENCORE Success Program. We are passionate about initially helping our clients identify the risks and opportunities to their business and secondly, developing a plan to manage that risk and take advantage of those opportunities. More than half of the risks a business faces are uninsurable. That is why we don’t lead with selling an insurance product. We lead by getting to know all facets of our client’s business and developing a unique risk based plan for their company. Our unique program allows business owners to organize the chaos that can be the product of the ever changing business landscape and the emerging risks their companies face.
