After 28 years as a Real Estate Broker, Brenda Haug made the decision in September of 2013 to open her own Real Estate Brokerage Firm, New Horizon Realty LLC. Her goal was and is, to hire a group of Brokers in the industry who are looking to improve their careers and to keep most of the commission they earn by giving them options from 80/20 splits up to 100% with low desk fees! Starting with 3 Brokers, Brenda has increased that number today to 28. These Brokers are experienced and ethical. They are a team that feels like a family. The office is a creative and helpful environment with great staff with all the tools available to accelerate their business to the next level. The Brokers at New Horizon Realty feel supported with Brenda's expertise in Real Estate Law and industry practices. She is available and attentive to the ever-changing needs of her Brokers, her company, and the industry. New Horizon Realty is dedicated to continued education and training to maximize the new potential in our industry to keep current with events and trends that effect our clients and our Brokers. We have a large in-house classroom dedicated to providing new classes each month. New Horizon Realty also invites Brokers in our area to attend as well. We believe in creating an environment that nourishes our careers and our personal growth. At New Horizon Realty we do take time to play as a family. We have several events each year that we enjoy. From our chili cook offs, summer company picnic, Thanksgiving gathering, and a big company Christmas party. We get together to enjoy each other and to get to know each other's families as well. This is true success to spend time together and rep the benefits of our hard work. We also do community projects and several Brokers are involved with the community events to make this a better place to live.
