North Bristol Sustainable Commuting (or SusCom) was set up by major employers based in North Bristol in 2008 and became a limited company in 2012. We encourage and support sustainable commuting and business travel for the 45,000 employees and 30,000 students the member businesses represent. We pilot innovative ideas and work to influence transport infrastructure investment in our area. North Bristol Sus Com promotes car sharing, cycling, bus use, walking and rail use as preferred ways to travel to work. Employer members include Airbus, Allianz, Atkins, Babcock International, Boeing Defence UK, Bristol and Bath Science Park, Cavendish Nuclear, ecosurety, Filton 20 Business Park, GKN, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, ISG, John Lewis, MOD Abbey Wood, NHS Blood & Transplant, North Bristol NHS Trust, Nvidia, The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, and UWE.
