Four Square Design Studio is a small, Nashville-based architecture firm with over 50 years of combined experience in the planning, design, and documentation of custom homes, builder-spec & market homes, residential additions & renovations, and commercial projects of varying scope. Through constant communication with—and feedback from—clients, builders, and other team members, we operate a studio-style environment that embraces an open-minded, organic, and collaborative design process. Brad Sayers has the eye of a classic designer and the knowledge of a contemporary engineer. He has a degree in Architectural Engineering from State Tech in Memphis. With over 19 years in the profession, including 10 years of project and production management, his designs can be seen throughout Memphis and the Middle Tennessee area. Andrew Heideman received a BS in Architecture from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Having worked at both large commercial firms and residential design firms. he has a broad spectrum of building knowledge that makes him a valuable asset. His passion is residential designs that are inspired by his enthusiasm for timeless architecture with modern details and amenities for today’s homeowners.
