Professional Government Association is a Ukrainian network of top international universities’ alumni, a network of people sharing high-quality international education, diverse professional experience and a democratic set of values. PGA was set up by Western University alumni associations in March 2014. PGA pursues the goal to make Ukrainian government the most effective in the world by assisting the government in carrying out economic reforms by offering its pool of internationally educated and experienced talent for the public service. PGA was originally established by the alumni associations of the London School of Economics, Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, College of Europe, INSEAD, London Business School, Chevening, Muskie, Fulbright, Erasmus-Mundus and Canada-Ukraine Parliamentary Programs.
