‘STAND UP! Education Against Discrimination’ is a new, Government funded, partnership programme led by Streetwise and supported by Tell MAMA and Kick It Out, which aims to empower young people in mainstream schools to learn about and act against discrimination, racism, anti-Muslim hatred and antisemitism, whilst developing their social responsibility in the community. This programme is being launched at a time of heightened societal tension and spikes in reports of hate crime incidents.
