Since 2001, MCDF has exposed students to a variety of diverse community and competitive events. These community events help develop leadership qualities, self-esteem, and an excellent competitive spirit, as well as promote positive self images and enhance personal confidence in youth within the area. In accordance with this concern it is the goal of MCDF to expand its scope to include programs which specifically address health concerns and risks in teens and adults.
