Ulysses has 18 years’ experience of delivering Risk Management systems to the NHS and has very close relationships with the 115 healthcare organisations that use our software. These include Acute, Partnership (mental health & learning disability), Ambulance as well as the new-world of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG’s) and Commissioning Support Units (CSU’s). In addition close working relationships with NRLS (NHS England), SIRS, MHRA & HSCIC ensures the reporting requirements of these bodies are met. Other customers include Hospices, Councils & Fire Services as well as private healthcare providers. We have worked with many of our customers going through the transformation process and also been successful in competitive tendering. For each project we have looked at all the options available taking into account the merging elements, new services and staff, existing systems and data quality. In some cases we have imported data partially or totally, and in others implemented new systems. These involve Project Management with implementation and training rollout to new areas of the organisation, and training of new staff in existing areas. In some cases organisations have taken the opportunity to look at the way they use their existing system, and retrain and redeliver it to the organisation. Ulysses manages the full project life-cycle from needs specification, system design and development to implementation and support. In this changing environment, we work in partnership with organisations to develop new systems.
