This philosophy has helped grow the company from two trucks in 2008 to a fleet of 65 trucks today, serving respected companies. The management team keeps the crew focused on the road ahead, and brings years of industry experience and advanced degrees. Semsi Salja, President. It’s not where you start, it’s where you finish that counts. Semsi learned the business from the ground up, starting as a truck driver in 2002. Today, he steers the business and oversees the maintenance crew and daily vehicle inspections. Anes Suhonjic, Vice President. With a family history in trucking and transportation, Anes received a degree in International Business with the intention of running the logistical side of DMR. Today, he is in charge of dispatch, account management and accountability.
