The mission of the Office of Leadership is to build and sustain a leadership pipeline that yields high-quality leaders at all levels of the system, including teacher leaders, assistant principals, principals, and system-level leaders. Our programs include: New Teacher Mentoring, Teacher Leadership Program (TLP), Wallace Leadership Fellows Program, Leaders in Education Apprenticeship Program (LEAP), Assistant Principal Leadership Insitute (APLI), and New Principal Support.
