T21 Families Support Organization (T21 FSO) is a Kenyan community-based organization legally registered in 2018 with over 200 members comprised of mothers with children born with down-syndrome. We envision a just community that values the four foundational pillars of Advocacy, Inclusion, Acceptance & Independent Living for people born with Down Syndrome. The organization works towards the achievement of three main objectives; a) To increase awareness on down syndrome and advocate for the rights and responsibilities of people living with Down syndrome b) To strengthen partnership and linkages fostering access to educational, social and support programs for people living with Down syndrome c) To improve academic and social outcomes of people living with Down syndrome and maximize independence in adulthood.
