Founded in 1961, OMSG-Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio SpA designs and manufactures shot blast machines, Shot-peening machine and machine systems. We design and manufature all our shot blasting machines in the main headquarters in Villa Cortese (Milan / Italy) and in the secondary one in Dairago (for a total of over 40.000 m2 of surface). 100% Made in Italy. OMSG produces more than 110 shot blast machines per year. We export 75% of our machinery to more than 98 Countries all over the world. The field of application of our shotblast machines are: surface treatment of steel construction in preparation for the subsequent painting (powder or liquid) treatment (steel building, fabrication, sheets and profiles, pipes, agricultural machinery, earth-moving machinery, cranes… ); ferrous and non-ferrous foundries (cast iron, steel, brass and aluminum); aluminum die-casting (basically Automotive field), forging, hot forging of steel or brass pieces, metallic wire, marble and concrete, screws and bolts, etc. OMSG is certified ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 We have two branches company : OMSG Germany and OMSG France and, in 2017, acquired the CARLO BANFI brand.
