The Department of Communication and Psychology is a large, multidisciplinary department conducting research at the highest international level. Research and teaching at the department accumulates and creates knowledge with the purpose of analysing, understanding, interpreting, designing, and putting into practice processes, situations, and products that improve or expand the ability of people or communities to take part in society. Our focus is centred on the different processes as well as products that relate to the way people (re)-act, participate and experience. The department has a strong humanistic foundation and our activities thus focus on human practices and the relationships between people, organisations, society, media, technologies, and knowledge.
