For many organizations, innovation is interrupt-driven. The day-to-day issues dominate time and money. A lot is being invested in new concepts. However, an adequate link with the core processes is often lacking, objectives are overestimated, budgets are exceeded and implementation is out of control. "Innovation can be smarter!"
