Prime Rock Resources is a Midland, Texas based exploration and production company focused on acquiring and developing unconventional properties in the Delaware Basin in New Mexico and Texas. Prime Rock was founded in April 2017 by Manny Sirgo and former members of the Endurance Resources team and is funded with over $125 million of equity commitments from Lime Rock Partners and management.
