II. Impact Solutions: Operates 4 complimentary solutions for SFR and CRE REO program development, coordination and management. Using IVM to deliver better or best homes to owner occupants and tenants across the Western US. III. Impact Markets: Institutional debt and equity capital markets solutions for distressed CRE and SFR platforms developed by Impact Strategies.
