The Research Department of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, established on 14 August 2008 and after leading technological research conducted at Montemorelos University, changed its name to Center for Research and Technology Development (CIDET) on 4 February 2010. Mission: As a part of the mission of Montemorelos University, the Center for Research and Technology Development (CIDET), supports the Seventh-day Adventist Church and society in the development and dissemination of research and projects aimed at solving problems using technology.
