Bass Floor Company was established in 1976 in Sydney, specialising in Commercial Carpet and Vinyl installations. We work mainly with architects, designers, builders, company concerns and Government Departments. In September, 1981, a separate office of the Company was established in Newcastle. The Sydney organization operates from premises at Guildford. The modern facilities boasts an 800m2 warehouse and cutting room and 400m2 of office and showroom space. The Company employs 11 permanent sales, contract supervisors and administration staff, as well as 30 tradesmen on wages and subcontract rates. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our clients, this commitment has enabled us to develop strong relationships, leading to a high percentage of repeat business from satisfied clients. Our project portfolio covers a wide range of installations, utilizing all types of floor coverings, including carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl, linoleum and timber. Bass Floor Company has established a fine reputation within the industry for reliability and can assure you of completive pricing and an efficient and capable installation team. On the industrial relations front we have established a firm but fair relationship which has enabled us to minimize stoppages. The Company is a foundation member of the “Floor Coverings Association of New South Wales”. The Company has adopted the New South Wales State Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.
