In the spirits of exploring original creations and innovations, Inphoenix Fashion Co., Ltd was established in 2015, under which the independent designer brand MAYA LI is created. Maya Li is womenswear fashion designer graduated from Northumbria University in England. During her initial exploration of design, her work more resembled an art piece rather than garment. She appreciates a mix of fabrication with different tactility, creating visual confliction. Her collection inherently communicates by keeping the color theme muted and dark. Maya's ensuing work experience with Alexander McQueen and Balmain in later years turned her into a more cultured designer who approves feminism. Her collection is the way that the wearers communicate with her spiritual world; you can detect strength and beauty through the delicate detailing. As for the definition of fashion, MAYA LI prefers to concrete the abstraction. She believes that "personality begins when comparisonends". To MAYA LI fashion is an attitude –“It's not about fashion, it's about you”. MAYA LI's products may not necessarily relate to "trendy", but they will never go out of fashion.
