At Terolyn Horse Rescue, inc. our mission is primarily to help horses that have been abandoned, abused or neglected, often sent through the slaughter auctions where they are sold by the pound. We give them a home where they are loved and cared for until we can find them suitable forever homes. Those who wish to adopt these horses are carefully screened prior to placement. We work tirelessly to ensure the health and safety of the animals we rescue. This rescue was founded in 2015 for the purpose of helping as many horses as possible through tax deductible donations and with the help of our volunteers. We were honored to have been selected for a 7Everyday Hero Award from Denver's Channel 7 in 2016 and we have been named a Top Rated Rescue on Guidestar.
