Founded in 1892, Juliette Fowler Communities serves vulnerable children, youth and older adults. Programs include a continuum of care for older adults - a five star quality health and rehabilitation center, memory care, assisted living and independent living. Our continuum of care for children includes a collaborative foster care program and transitional living program, The Ebby House, for young women who have aged out of foster care or are at risk due to neglect, abuse or abandonment. We employ more than 200 team members, care for more than 700 individuals and engage more than 2300 volunteers annually. MISSION: To provide choice, community and connection for those we serve.
