Established in 2000, Blake Educational Center & Home Care Agency(formerly The Junior Learning Academy) opened our doors to reach out to young adults at the most vital stages of their life. We’ve since naturally evolved to include an elderly and disabled program that assist individuals with support in the home and community as well as a growing mental health support program. Blake Educational Center & Home Care Agency is located in Richmond, Virginia. We have more than 14 years of industry experience providing services to the elderly and disabled, individuals with ID, DD and those who are physically and mentally disadvantaged.
