Hand-made strudel. We produce 50 different varieties of strudel- both sweet (apple, strawberry-rhubarb, banana chocolate walnut, to name a few) and savory (spinach-feta-artichoke heart, chicken marinara, brat 'n' kraut -plus 10 more). We market them ourselves and sell, face-to-face to the consumer in farmers markets and community festivals and County fairs in Minnesota. Additionally, we continue to craft a unique and profitable fund raising programs for our non-profit clients. Our company exists to bring people together around the sacred conversations using food as a vehicle to sustain the connections.
