The first book in our series, entitled Bray Makes Money and Buys a Toy, takes a look at Bray, an entrepreneurial child who wants to earn enough money to buy a new toy. As the story unfolds, Bray decides that, rather than asking his father for money, he wants to learn about business and marketing and create his own successful enterprise. Bray’s dad gives him some tips and advice and lets Bray make the important decisions that enable him to earn money and learn lifelong business skills. Young Bray has some stumbles along the way but learns that any good business takes time and patience to make it work.
