Owings Patterns
www.owingspatterns.comOriginally founded in 1975, Bob Owings Patterns has grown from a pattern maker for the foundry industry into a diversified company that engineers prototype and production tooling for today's most demanding foundry patterns as well as thermoforming applications. Now a second generation business, constant growth has allowed Owings Patterns the opportunity for significant investment in technology as well as overall capacity. We've added new equipment, new products, and new customers, across the United States and internationally. We've even changed locations, moving from Georgetown, Indiana to our new, larger facility in Sellersburg in 2011. Some things have remained the same over the years. Our commitment to precision craftsmanship, for example. The same hands-on skills that have created patterns for foundry products over the years are also employed to engineer thermoforming molds for products — from thin gauge applications for packaging and blister packs to thick gauge applications such as consumer appliance parts. Another thing that hasn't changed is our dedication to problem solving. Our customers trust us to find solutions to their most difficult tooling challenges. So even as we embrace the new — new products and new technology — Owings Patterns is proud to maintain a bit of the old, as well.
