The Steve Smith Family Foundation, established by former NFL player Steve Smith and his wife Angie, is dedicated to providing hope and inspiration to those in need while advancing causes close to the family’s heart- Promoting family health & wellness as well as the awareness and prevention of domestic violence. In November 2016, the foundation teamed with Project 658 to create the Smith Family Wellness Center, a free medical and counseling clinic that provides uninsured and underinsured residents of Charlotte with adequate healthcare.
