Belinda has spent the last decade learning and living a holistic lifestyle; she inspires individuals and groups to reach their highest level of wellbeing. Belinda teaches two unique Wellness Programs; one called Taking Flight for Students and one for Wellness in the Workplace. Each program focuses on sharing stress relief and lifestyle practices to increase overall wellbeing.
