*Manage contract underwriting assignments for commercial real estate transactions across multiple product types including: CMBS, B-Piece CMBS, Balance Sheet, Bridge, and FHA Loans *Identify and provide current valuation analysis for complex commercial real estate debt *Complete full due diligence for commercial real estate purchase/sale/finance transactions *Site inspections and interviews of market participants *Prepare loan presentations and present to executive management, credit committee, b-buyers, CMBS partners, and rating agencies for approval
