Our service provides personalised community neurorehabilitation in the patient’s own home and within real life community settings. The experience of a brain injury or neurological event strips the individual of the skills, knowledge and stability that their life has been built upon. Our role is to rebuild and redirect in order to minimise disability and foster a meaningful future. We do this through our four core service areas: 1. Neuropsychology 2. Occupational Therapy 3.
