thefaculty is the first app in Italy dedicated to university students that combine study with fun. It was created by Smartcreative, an innovative startup founded in Milan in 2018 by Christian Drammis, Christian Locatelli and Xavier Durand. In 2019 the startup launched thefaculty app with the idea of helping students, rewarding merit, through exclusive benefits. Today, the edu-game has more than 120,000 subscribers with a total of 15 million answers to questions and represents not only a community of university students but also an interesting digital marketing channel for companies. The team is under 30 and uses the agile methodology.
