Brigitte Ranae
www.brigitteranae.comOur culture is overwhelmed with a need for self-improvement which leaves us feeling a constant burden to be better. Author and Life Coach Brigitte Ranae aims to reduce life’s pressures by announcing the inaugural publication, The BS of Better: And Other Limiting Language, in a series to support individuals to break free from our learned belief of striving for “being better.” After years of coaching clients and tracing numerous patterns of thought, Brigitte found that more times than not, we don’t do what is healthy, but rather what is familiar. These familiar thoughts and behaviors often increase the pressures in our lives. The book will be offered in a series entitled, Reducing Life’s Pressures. “Everyone wants to feel peace and joy while leading a life of fulfillment. But our culture is inundated with a need for self-improvement which leaves us feeling a constant burden to be better,” explains author Brigitte Ranae. “The internal stressors that we feel are represented by the pressure-induced language we use on a daily basis. And we can change that.” “This is done through very specific neural pathway development exercises,” Brigitte continues, “which rewires the brain so that healthy becomes familiar.” Brigitte Ranae is an author and course creator who obtained her Psychology Degree from Central Methodist University in Fuller, Missouri. Brigitte works with those looking to modify limiting thoughts and behaviors to create the life they desire. She is also a free-spirited woman full of life, enjoys expressing without reservation, and likes to play and explore. By embracing her own freedom, she creates a safe space for others to do the same. She specializes in emotional regulation, behavioral modification and facilitates personal development and wellness in the lives of individuals, families, and organizations.
