Businesses come to us when they have important projects they would like to tackle and do not have the available capital to fund them. They have already carefully reviewed their expenses and are unable to find any additional savings. They are also not willing to take on any additional risk to free up the capital for those projects. We find that we can have a dramatic impact with about 50% of the clients that come to us. This is accomplished by finding savings through our expense reduction techniques and processes and in most cases without changing their existing vendor/supplier relationship.
