Mr. Komine had working experience in Nissan Motor Co., ltd for 22 years including Japan as well as Washington DC. In 1999, Mr. Komine left Nissan and joind Russell Reynolds Associates Japan as Executive Director in charge of industrila Sector including auto motive industry. Mr. Komine had sucessfully conpleted 60 projects for 5 years and started Potomoac Associates with Mr.Takashi Hasunuma who used to be at Mitsubishi Corporation in 2004.
