Success often boils down to the quality of decisions. I concentrate on building the capacity of people to adapt to changing environments. I use sailing races, precisely for this reason, in combination with management best practices. I focus my work on the answers to the basic and fundamental questions underlying value creation and competitiveness. I take people out of their comfort zone and challenge them to learn faster. I develop the skills making the difference between success and failure, to have people make sense of their mistakes and get better at managing their teams, their projects or simply what they do in their jobs.
