The purpose of the C.A.B.C. is to draw upon the collective Armenian heritage along with the entrepreneurial or general business strengths of its members in order to increase the communication and co-operation between Armenians in business. C.A.B.C.’s objectives are: - To unite individuals of Armenian descent who carry on business in Canada into an association to promote the economic development and general welfare of Canadians of Armenian descent - To lobby for and promote legislation and regulations affecting trade and commerce between Canada and Armenia - To provide a forum for discussions and counsel on business problems common to its members - To promote trade and other commercial dealings between members of organization - To assist university students and Young Professionals to enable them to develop their skills and to continue their formal education by granting scholarships and to foster a mentoring system - To promote, nationally and internationally, Armenian business in Canada - To promote Canadian base companies to develop a bi-lateral trade relation with Armenia , by leading missions to Armenia, hosting incoming delegations to Canada. - Creating awareness in Armenia, of Canada’s business and commercial capabilities. - Creating awareness in Canada, of the importance of trade and economic relation with Armenia as a gateway to Southern Caucasus and Russia
