• Established in January 2019, Fíor Consulting provides corporate governance advice and support to businesses across Ireland, the UK, Singapore, The Netherlands and Malta • Identification and implementation of appropriate governance frameworks and processes for growth companies and high potential start-ups • Review and advise companies and their directors on good corporate governance practices • Provide briefings to companies and their statutory Officers on relevant company law and regulatory updates/developments • Support medium and large in-house teams at key corporate times or during unexpected key staff absences • To date we have collaborated with a range of clients from small to medium enterprises to global conglomerates and won our first international contract after only 3 days trading with a value of EUR 1.5 million per annum • Currently employing 4 members of staff across Ireland
